The Discipleship Tool provides reflection, learning, community participation, assessment, and growth-planning tools. Assessments are not clinical diagnoses or a substitute for professional advice. These terms describe the responsibilities associated with using the platform. Read the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled.
Provide accurate registration information and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not use another person's account without permission. Contact info@thediscipleshiptool.com if you believe your account is being misused.
Community creation and membership may require approval. You may participate in more than one community, and your role and permissions can differ between communities. Community leaders manage approvals and tasks within their communities.
Approved participants can use shared community chat. Treat other participants respectfully. Do not post threats, harassment, unlawful material, spam, or confidential information about others without appropriate permission. Report concerns to our contact address.
Community leaders can view relevant member assessment results and task submissions as described in the Privacy Policy. Shared chat messages are visible to approved community participants. Do not treat community chat as a confidential conversation with a leader.
You may leave communities you have joined through My Communities. Owners may close their communities using the owner controls. Closing stops community access but does not delete members' personal assessment records. Contact us about account deletion, data requests, or concerns that cannot be resolved through the available controls.
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit and permit that content to be processed and displayed as needed to provide the features you use. Only upload or share content you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to obtain another person's restricted data, interfere with the service, or bypass account and community permissions.
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review responses before relying on them. AI tools are not a substitute for pastoral, legal, medical, mental-health, or emergency support. Shared community chat is separate from the AI Assistant.
Use platform resources with respect for the rights of their owners. Availability of a resource does not grant permission to resell it or republish it beyond any permissions supplied with that resource. External resources and donation services are subject to their own terms. Direct questions about a donation or refund to the donation recipient or payment service.
Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. For access issues, inappropriate activity, or account concerns, contact us. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated date. Any additional notice or agreement required by applicable law still applies.
